it&#039;s fructose cut with a little stevia. it is not healthy! it&#039;s the worst part of HFGS separated out  with just enough stevia for them to market it. I can&#039;t believe they even created it let alone think they  can get away with it.  Often stevia is cut with sugars to &quot;improve taste&quot;, so you always have to watch out, but this one has the sugar as the first ingredient! No wonder it&#039;s so sweet and easy to use!</description>
