		<description>This is a good post! There&#039;s nothing wrong with exercising and getting your kids to exercise too. I totally agree that our bodies are a temple and we need to treat them as such. The whole, fresh foods are THE way to go and you DO feel better! I&#039;m with ya on the stressed out husband thing too. Rob has a very similar schedule and it&#039;s slowly killing him. I don&#039;t like it ~ not one bit. 

I&#039;m a bit excessive with my personal exercising ~ going to the gym and working out 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day, but I have been going on walks with the boys lately. In the past 2 days, we&#039;ve done 5.4 miles! We are going to do another 2 today. They learn to love it and look forward to it. 

Enjoy the rain, it&#039;s lovely!
