P.S. to previous post: I normally don’t buy granola bars. I find them dry and unappealing. Better than nothing if you have one stashed in your purse and you’re in a waiting room or traffic or wherever, but not a tasty treat as far as I’m concerned. I have a granddaughter that couldn’t be paid to eat one (but might like the True Delights).

Do you know that just yesterday at the grocery store, they had INDIVIDUAL bars of True Delights for 10 cents each!?!? They had two of the flavors….Dark Choc Raspberry Almond and Toasted Coconut Banana Macadamia Nut. Not knowing if I’d like them, but realizing that 10 cents is a giveaway price, I bought 10. I THOUGHT I bought some of each flavor, but when I got home I found that all 10 were Toasted Coconut. I tried the first one just before reading this blog, and I’m telling you, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! It was moist, not dry. (thanks to that good old corn syrup). The macadamia nuts weren’t little chopped nuts, but BIG ones. I loved everything about the flavor and texture (and price!) of this bar and plan to go back to see if they have any left. I’ll buy them out. I wish they had had the one with cashews available. I LOVE cashews.
